Proposal for a Directive on Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence

On 28 March, the European Commission launched a call for contributions from all stakeholders on the proposed EU Due Diligence Directive Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence, which it intends to launch.
It will be possible to contribute until 23 May p.v. (midnight Brussels time).
The comments received will be included in a summary prepared by the European Commission and will be presented to the European Parliament and the Council in order to feed into the legislative debate.
