The OECD launch a report to mark the 20th anniversary of National Contact Points for Responsible Business Conduct (NCPs). NCPs are the only non-judicial grievance mechanism to deal with business related impacts on people and the planet. Each country adhering to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises (currently 49) is required to set up an NCP. As of today, NCPs have handled over 500 cases about business related impacts in over 100 countries. This report surveys 20 years of NCP’s contribution to remedy. This event is organised as an interactive webinar, with a keynote by Prof. Christine Kaufmann, chair of the OECD Working Party on Responsible Business Conduct, and two panels discussing the main findings of the report.

The event will be webcast on YouTube.
