Enquiries about the Guidelines

For the purposes of promoting the Guidelines it is considered essential that the NCP respond to legitimate enquiries about  the Guidelines from:
•other National Contact Points;
•business community;
•worker organisations,
•governments of non-adhering countries;
•prospective investors, inward and outward;
•the public

Furthermore, the NCPs must provide information on the procedures that the parties should follow when they raising or responding  to a specific instance and, in particular, on the information necessary for this purpose as well as on the requirements for parties participating in  specific instances  (including confidentiality, followed procedures and indicative timeframes).
