Published by Consob on March 23, 2019 "Non financial information as a driver of transformation" is the analysis of the Consob, Methodos and Nedcommunity group of experts on the impact of the European 95/14 directive implemented in Italy with the legislative decree 254/2016.
The obligation of reporting non-financial information has triggered a virtuous path for large Italian companies: information on ESG, enviromental, social and governance characteristics has in fact given a gradual impetus to new models of corporate governance.
