Stocktaking exercise on the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises: the online consultation is open for contributions until 14 September

The OECD launched a public consultation as part of the stocktaking exercise aimed at clarifying whether the Guidelines for multinational enterprises, 10 years after the last review, remain fit for purpose and whether there are issues that merit further attention.
The consultation aims to enrich the exercise with the views and experiences of all the stakeholders from all the Countries, including businesses, industrial groups, civil society organizations, trade unions, as well as academia, interested citizens, organizations. international and government experts (including from non-adhering countries).
The consultation will be open until 18.00 on 14 September 2021.
