The Italian version of the 2023 OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct, is online.

The OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct are recommendations addressed by governments to multinational enterprises. They aim to encourage the positive contribution that businesses can make to sustainable development while minimising the negative impacts that could be associated with their operations, products and services.

The Guidelines cover all key areas of business responsibility: human rights, labour rights, environment, corruption, consumer interests, information disclosure, science and technology, competition and taxation.
The 2023 edition, in particular, focuses on key areas such as climate change, biodiversity, technology, business integrity and supply chain due diligence and strengthens the implementation procedures for the National Contact Points for Responsible Business Conduct.

The Italian translation was carried out by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy - Directorate General for Industrial Policy, Reconversion and Industrial Crisis, Innovation, SMEs and Made in Italy - Div. IV, in collaboration with the Institute of International Legal Studies CNR-ISGI.
