The structure of the NCP

The NCP is established under the Ministry of Economic Development -  Directorate General for Industrial Policy, Innovation and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (DGPIIPMI) by Law 273/2002 (art. 39) and regulated by a Ministerial Decree and subsequent modifications.

Structure of the NCP:

• The Director General-President of the NCP, is the Director General of the DGPIIPMI; he represents the NCP and adopt final acts;
• The Secretariat of the NCP is composed by the Head of Division IV , also Head of the NCP Secretariat, and Officials from the Division IV - DGPIIPMI; the Secretariat is in charge of the NCP general administration and the elaboration of the NCP Annual Program previous NCP Committee consultation.
• The NCP Committee is composed by institutional representatives and other stakeholders. It has consulting function; contribute to the strategic NCP prioritization and to the implementation of the annual activity program.
